Indigenous Men’s Wellness Retreat “Healing Ourselves, Healing Our Nations” Overview The Indigenous Men’s Wellness Retreat is a 2–3 day holistic, land-based healing experience designed to support Indigenous men on their journeys toward healing, balance, and cultural reconnection. Rooted in traditional knowledge, ceremony, and community, this retreat creates a safe and sacred space to explore personal growth, strengthen identity, and address intergenerational wounds that continue to affect our people and families today. Purpose This retreat aims to reclaim the roles, responsibilities, and strengths of Indigenous men through healing practices that focus on: -Addressing intergenerational trauma -Managing addictions and mental health challenges -Building and repairing relationships -Developing anger management and emotional regulation skills Reconnecting with language, culture, and ceremony Through guided reflection, cultural teachings, and group support, participants will gain tools to heal themselves, strengthen family and community bonds, and pass on healthy teachings to future generations. Peer Support and Mentorship Outcomes By the end of the retreat, participants will: -Develop personal healing plans rooted in cultural teachings -Strengthen emotional regulation and communication skills -Gain awareness and tools for managing addictions and anger -Reconnect with their identity, culture, and language -Build a supportive network of peers and community mentors -Feel empowered to become positive role models within their families and communities Duration & Structure The Indigenous Men’s Wellness Retreat runs for 2 to 3 days, typically held in a land-based setting such as a lodge, camp, or community site. Each day includes a balance of: -Morning ceremonies and grounding practices -Midday workshops and discussions -Afternoon cultural or land-based activities -Evening sharing circles, reflection, and healing fire gatherings Facilitators & Cultural Guidance This retreat will be led by Indigenous Knowledge Keepers, counselors, and facilitators experienced in trauma-informed care, addictions recovery, and cultural healing. The approach ensures a balance between traditional practices and professional therapeutic guidance.


Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. To help us serve everyone effectively, please notify us at least 7 days before your scheduled booking for programing & services for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations: Cancel 7 days or more in advance for a full refund or credit toward a future program. Cancel within 7 days of the start date, refunds may be limited or unavailable due to planning and resources. No refunds for no-shows. Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule made 7 days or more before your program will be accommodated whenever possible. Rescheduling requests within 7 days are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please contact us if you have any questions or special circumstances.
