Service Description
Program Overview The Indigenous Survival Program is a land-based, holistic healing experience designed to reconnect participants with Indigenous knowledge systems, survival skills, and cultural identity. Rooted in traditional teachings, this program guides individuals through the four seasons, offering opportunities to learn, heal, and grow through hands-on survival training, ceremonies, and teachings from Elders and Knowledge Keepers. Participants engage in 2 to 5-day immersive courses, held on the land in different seasonal settings. Each session blends traditional survival skills, cultural teachings, and healing practices, empowering participants to find balance in the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of their lives. The program emphasizes that survival is more than physical endurance — it is about reviving traditional knowledge, restoring identity, and strengthening community through connection to the land. Program Benefits Participants will: Gain practical land-based survival skills for each season. Strengthen cultural identity and connection to traditional ways of knowing. Develop mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual resilience through experiential learning. Build community through shared teachings, ceremonies, and healing practices. Duration and Format Length: 2 to 5 days (depending on season and course type) Group Size: Ideal for 10–25 participants Facilitators: Indigenous Knowledge Keepers, Cultural Teachers, and Skilled Survival Instructors Location: Various traditional land sites chosen seasonally to reflect authentic environmental conditions Course Options: Youth, Family, Men’s, Women’s, and Mixed Community Sessions Closing Statement The Indigenous Survival Program goes beyond learning how to survive in the wilderness — it teaches how to thrive in spirit and identity. Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change. To help us serve everyone effectively, please notify us at least 7 days before your scheduled booking for programing & services for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations: Cancel 7 days or more in advance for a full refund or credit toward a future program. Cancel within 7 days of the start date, refunds may be limited or unavailable due to planning and resources. No refunds for no-shows. Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule made 7 days or more before your program will be accommodated whenever possible. Rescheduling requests within 7 days are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please contact us if you have any questions or special circumstances.
